Greetings! My name is Krin Van Tatenhove and I welcome you to my website! I grew up in the Los Angeles area, but have lived all over the country: Nevada, New Mexico, South Carolina, and now Texas. I had a career as a Presbyterian pastor for over three decades, serving in a variety of contexts but always focused on ministries of justice and inclusivity. I have also had experience as a hospice chaplain, director of a nonprofit, and organizer of community projects for Habitat for Humanity.

I am a published author and photographer, with over 40 years of experience in sharing my work. This website highlights my blog posts, photos, social media interests, and books (most downloadable for free). Anyone who has exercised their creativity for a lifetime knows this: we pass through many incarnations. What we created decades ago may not reflect who we are today. However, rather than excise any of my past efforts, many of them are here for better or worse. Maybe they will stand as a testament to our evolution.

A father of four awesome human beings, I currently live in San Antonio, Texas, with my precious wife and special needs son, Kristoffer. I would love to hear from you! Email me at, or connect with me at:
